Shipping Policy
All orders over £49 will recieve free shipping via DPD or Royal Mail.
All orders under £49 will be charged £2.99 for shipping.
In stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
"To Order" items will be dispatched as soon as available and customers will be contacted with estimated dates
Return & Exchange Policy
It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached. We cannot accept shoes for return where there is wear to the sole – we would advise trying shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will either exchange or refund to the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us.
Please Note – it can take up to 14 working days from receipt to process returns.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, we will contact you via email or telephone if the requested exchange item is out of stock.
